Eunhyeok Park

- Professor Eunhyeok Park leads the ECo Lab at KAIST, which conducts world-class research in artificial intelligence systems and applications.
His lab focuses on developing core technologies for the efficient implementation and optimization of neural networks, with particular emphasis on quantization, neural architecture search, heterogeneous system optimization, and visual optimization.
Professor Park has developed innovative algorithms that represent neural network parameters and operations in low-bit formats, significantly reducing storage and computational costs while minimizing quality degradation. These technologies are being applied to AI services in mobile and embedded environments and are actively being commercialized through collaborations with industry partners.
