Invited Talk : French-Korean Workshop on AI, Network & Communication, Programming Languages and Applied Mathematics
Event Overview
- This workshop facilitated the exchange of the latest AI-related research between French and Korean researchers and discussed various collaboration opportunities for the future.
- The opening session featured welcoming remarks from Professor Jeong Song, Dean of the Kim Jaechul Graduate School of AI at KAIST, Cécile Vigouroux from INRIA, and Pierre Morcos from the French Embassy.
- Each institution presented their AI achievements, with Kim Joo-young from the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Korea introducing the Horizon Europe program.
- In the Technical Session, a total of 22 speakers presented their research on three topics: AI and Robotics, Generative AI, and AI and HPC.
- The subsequent networking party allowed domestic and French researchers to engage in free discussions about potential future collaborations.
